Basically HDPE drums they have open top type and Double L ring type with two small necks.
The machine for making Double L ring type drums will be bigger die head, stronger clamping force and has more functions in programm control.
The photos shows is our 220L Double L ring blow molding project in Manila, Philippine.
They are one of the largest plastic factory, making all kinds of plastic packaging items For this 220L HDPE drums, per unit is 9.5~10.5kg,
our machine can make 18~22 pcs per hour, now they already bought the second machine for making Drums.
and also they have a bigger machine for making blow molding pallets also.
